Elphin Celtic Spice

Spice was born in 2001 and is the accidental product of Elphin Celtic Cross and Elphin Sassafras. He has a wonderful, willing and sweet temperament and is a flashy, athletic guy.

Spice lives at Oakhurst Farm in Ashton Ontario and competes in local horse trials under the name Mr. Spice.

Spice was evented in the 2008 and 2009 seasons by his new owner, Amara Hoppneer, a young rider from Oakhurst Farm in Ashton, Ontario. In 2008, the pair were National Capital Horse Trials Association reserve champions at pre-entry jr level.

Spice was purchased by Sue Hoban in the spring of 2004. He was evented very successfully up to training level by Sue's daughter.
